What does the Hebrew Roots Homestead look like? The plan includes individual homes for each family, and communal resources that all share, including: fellowship cabin, greenhouse, gardens, livestock, barn, outbuildings. The property must have live water, either springs or creek or both. It must also have significant timber or direct access to timbered public lands. Participants will share responsibility for care, maintenance, and security of the property and resources. The Sabbath will be honored and observed with only essential functions being performed from sundown Friday through sundown Saturday. The Feasts of the Lord will be observed in their seasons. Participants will use their talents and skills to benefit the group, such as some providing more physical labor while others may provide more financially, some providing more expertise with plants and others with livestock.
