The Bottom Line

Busy executives try to hire highly capable employees who can make good decisions on their behalf. When the employees report to the executive, they are expected to be concise and to the point. You may have heard the phrase “give me the bottom line” which is to say in essence, “skip the long explanation, and just tell me the conclusion or the final answer to the question.”

Here is the final conclusion, now that you have heard everything:  fear God, and keep his mitzvot (commandments); that is what being human is all about. For God will bring to judgment everything we do, including every secret, whether good or bad. ~~ Ecclesiastes 12: 13-14
