Thankful Thursday: God’s Faithfulness

Glory and honor to YHWH for His enduring faithfulness!  He is the only One we can truly count on and fully trust.  He never fails, regardless of whether we understand His plans or see the “good” in what He allows.  Trust Him for He is worthy!  Praise to Him always!

Rather, it was because Adonai  loved you, and because he wanted to keep the oath which he had sworn to your ancestors, that Adonai brought you out with a strong hand and redeemed you from a life of slavery under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.   From this you can know that Adonai your God is indeed God, the faithful God, who keeps his covenant and extends grace to those who love him and observe his mitzvot, to a thousand generations.   But he repays those who hate him to their face and destroys them. He will not be slow to deal with someone who hates him; he will repay him to his face. ~~ Deuteronomy 7: 8-10

Enter his gates with thanksgiving, enter his courtyards with praise; give thanks to him, and bless his name.   For Adonai is good, his grace continues forever,
and his faithfulness lasts through all generations. ~~ Psalms 100: 4-5

God is trustworthy: it was he who called you into fellowship with his Son, Yeshua the Messiah, our Lord. ~~ 1 Corinthians 1: 9

No temptation has seized you beyond what people normally experience, and God can be trusted not to allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. On the contrary, along with the temptation he will also provide the way out, so that you will be able to endure. ~~ 1 Corinthians 10: 13
