Do you recall what was said about Moses when he died?
Moshe was 120 years old when he died, with eyes undimmed and vigor undiminished. ~~ Deuteronomy 34: 7
Who wouldn’t want to live a long life, full of health and vigor? And why do you think this happened? He wasn’t sick, weak, blind or deaf. I suggest that his close walk with Adonai was the reason for his good health.
Since that time there has not arisen in Isra’el a prophet like Moshe, whom Adonai knew face to face. What signs and wonders Adonai sent him to perform in the land of Egypt upon Pharaoh, all his servants and all his land! What might was in his hand! What great terror he evoked before the eyes of all Isra’el! ~~ Deuteronomy 34: 10-12 (emphasis mine)
Just another good reason to love YHWH with all we are and all we have, and demonstrate that love by our obedience. This healthy aging tip certainly isn’t one you are likely to see promoted in our popular culture!
