This dish hides its comfort-food flavors under a browned cheese topping. Dig in for the hidden goodness!
2 cups macaroni noodles
1 shot Tequila
1 ½ t. Weber Bold Chipotle seasoning
1 15oz jar Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce
1 10oz can chicken
¼ t. salt
1 ¼ cup Mexican style four cheese blend (shredded cheese)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the macaroni noodles on stovetop to less than al dente or about half-way. Drain the noodles and mix in the Tequila, seasoning, Alfredo sauce, salt, chicken (liquid included) and 1 cup of the cheese. Mix thoroughly, then pour into a non-stick or ceramic baking dish approximately 10 x 8 and 2 inches deep. Top with the remaining ¼ cup of cheese (or more if you like). Bake until the cheese on top starts to brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
